She joined the VP team in January 2016 in the position of legal trainee, within the Banking and Finance department, where she was mainly focused on servicing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios and advising clients in procedures acquisitions of portfolios of problematic claims and assets.
During 2018, she passed the bar exam and became a lawyer in November, within the Department of Banking and Finance.
In December 2019, Aleksandra got promoted to senior attorney at law.
Practice area:
Aleksandra is Manager of the Insurance team, a sub-unit of the Banking and Finance Department.
She specializes in advising clients on compliance regulation in areas of insurance, financial sector and commercial law.
Aleksandra also possesses significant experience in the areas of financial and operational leasing, as well as in indemnification and damages disputes. This assistance also extends the implementation of the entire procedure of purchase of problematic claims from insurance companies.
